    Brand Marketing Assistant

    • The Brand Marketing Assistant will support brand visibility, market execution, and communication initiatives for our sanitary pads brand. This role combines field supervision, brand presence execution, packaging input, POS materials development, and grassroots digital marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Merchandising & Field Execution
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of field merchandisers in key outlets.
    • Ensure brand visibility through proper shelf arrangement, stock presence, and planogram compliance.
    • Conduct frequent retail visits to monitor compliance and visibility gaps.
    • Liaise with distributors to ensure POS materials are displayed appropriately.
    • Point-of-Sale (POS) Branding & Materials
    • Give creative and strategic input in the design of POS items including posters, banners, wobblers, shelf-talkers, and display units.
    • Coordinate with design and print suppliers to produce and deliver materials.
    • Supervise installation and maintenance of POS items in stores.
    • Packaging & Branding Development
    • Provide customer-centric feedback and insights on packaging structure, colors, messaging, and format.
    • Participate in development or revision of packaging designs to align with brand positioning and user preferences.
    • Liaise with internal or external designers to ensure consistency and brand tone.
    • Content Creation & Digital Support
    • Propose and execute low-budget social media strategies (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp status marketing).
    • Support development of basic brand catalogue, flyers, and community marketing materials.
    • Participate in grassroots campaigns and direct engagement efforts to promote the brand.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
    • 1–2 years’ experience in field marketing, merchandising, or brand support preferred (internship experience counts).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Able to work independently, travel locally, and manage multiple tasks.
    • Creative and confident in using social media tools (especially TikTok).
    • Passion for women's health and hygiene is a strong plus.
