    BTL Manager

    • We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creative BTL Manager to lead and execute impactful experiential marketing, brand activations, and promotional campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing consumer-facing experiences and will play a key role in turning strategy into memorable, on-ground executions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, lead, and execute BTL campaigns including activations, roadshows, trade promotions, in-store events, sampling programs, mall activations, and other experiential initiatives.
    • Translate client briefs into innovative and engaging brand experiences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Develop campaign concepts, budgets, activity plans, and logistics frameworks, and present them to clients for approval.
    • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns — from planning, sourcing vendors, recruitment of field staff, training, deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Work with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life through prototypes, mockups, and production-ready materials.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, field teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Track performance, evaluate ROI, and compile detailed post-campaign reports including insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure all BTL campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Stay updated on trends and innovations in experiential and field marketing to propose fresh, effective concepts.
    • Handle on-ground crisis management, real-time problem-solving, and client updates during activations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • 3–6 years’ experience in BTL/experiential marketing, preferably within a creative or activation agency.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns across different regions or segments.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a hands-on approach and an eye for operational detail.
