Travel Assistant at BURN

About The Role

Burn is looking for a Travel Assistant, who will be responsible for organizing all the business travel arrangements for the company’s employees, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements, and making necessary reservations for accommodation.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Making travel arrangements and bookings within approved travel reasons, and budget limits, while making reservations as requested.
• Assisting the expatriates with their relocation, house searches, and accommodation.
• Researching and comparing available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
• Handling Visa applications, assisting in Visa processing, passports, and other travel-related documentation.
• Preparing travel itineraries and distributing travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
• Obtaining approval for travel requests and expenses

Skills And Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
