We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to drive the development process and deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, and surveys to collect information on current processes and desired outcomes.
• Analysis and Documentation:
• Analyse and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Create detailed process maps, use cases, and data models to support development and testing efforts.
• Solution Design:
• Collaborate with software developers and architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Project Management Support:
• Assist project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in requirements.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop and execute test plans to validate that software solutions meet business requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
