Business Development and Marketing Officer at Nairobi Women’s Hospital

About Us:

We are expanding our reach in Mombasa and are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Marketing Officer for our Mombasa Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive hospital growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, corporates, and the community to promote hospital services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and community outreach programs.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend service improvements.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on ROI.
• Actively engage in client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Support the hospital’s CSR programs and community health initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketed services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, healthcare or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, which MUST strictly be in the healthcare sector. Applicants without hospital/healthcare knowledge/experience WILL NOT be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Creativity and a results-oriented mindset.
