    Business Development Executive

    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company's brand reputation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for expansion or diversification
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services.

    Qualifications and skills;

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
    • Proven track record of success in business development, or sales management within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
