It was created by two women aiming to empower hundreds of Maasai women who live near the gate of Maasai-Mara National Reserve, by providing opportunities using traditional crafts - stringing beads - as a means of economic and personal development.

Beats Of Beads Trust is a not-for-profit women empowerment center, located in SEKENANI , Maasai-Mara.

The center has few points of focus:
- Museum (The Beads museum).
- Empowering Maasai women through beading.
- Souvenir shop
- Caffeteria
- Guest-rooms
Job description:

We are looking for a LADY manager.
1. Overall responsibility for the daily operation of the entire centre including the staff (total of 5 employees) and all the above points of focus.
2. Marketing and public relation
Job qualifications:
- Prior managerial experience
- Experience in designing and executing work plans
- Experience in managing working teams
- Knowledge of computers, including Excel.
Personal skills:
- Managerial personality
- Very high social skills
- Independent and creative mind.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Honest, trustworthy.
- Hard working.
- Fluent English, Kiswahili and Maa
Note: Upon getting the job, it is a MUST to reside in Sekenani, Maasai-Mara.
