    Business Development Executive

    • The Business Development Executive will assist in the acquisition of new clients both in existing and new markets for Mr. Green Africa’s plastic products portfolio, new product lines, account management & growth and retention of these clients. He/She will be part of a resilient, aggressive and creative team that is deeply passionate about solving problems and ensuring both individual career and business growth is achieved.

    Tasks
    New client acquisition

    • Research and Lead generation of potential customers for new MGA product lines(hard plastics & Others)
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients through workshops and seminars
    • Preparation and execution of Sales pitches to potential customers towards building a strong MGA’s customer base
    • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
    • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
    • Guiding all potential customers through product trial processes
    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
    • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
    • Sale of other MGA product lines as shall be briefed
    • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company and identify profitable market opportunities for these products
    • Learn and apply sales techniques
    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
    • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes

    Account Management

    • Securing & booking of Sales orders from clients
    • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to make sure orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
    • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
    • Maintain sales records in Odoo

    Internal business processes

    • Preparation & submission of periodic reports as briefed
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related course
    • At least 3(Three ) years experience in business development /extensive sales experience
