The Role
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Manager for Power Technique (APE &PPL) to drive the business further up within the region. It is to further grow the business in accordance with the divisional targets with top attention on Market Share growth, while maintaining market leadership, delivering high customer satisfaction and higher profitability. In this role you will implement the indirect business way to market within the entire region and report to the Regional General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role in the industrial machines supply sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and develop strategic plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Africa.
