Business Development Officer at Fidelity Shield Insurance

The key deliverable for the role is to grow the company's business though acquisition, development and maintenance of a strong and profitable business portfolio as per the projected targets.

This will involve

•  Identification of new business opportunities.
• Identification and recruitment of Brokers, Agents and Independent clients and
• All operations related to maintenance of the business.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Progress in certification in Insurance (CII or IIK).
• At least 3years in insurance industry experiece, which at least One year should be in Business Development.
