    Business Development Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    OpenTech Global Services Limited is seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales and

    Accounts Manager to join the company and grow its client base. The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth within entrepreneurial business environments. The successful applicant will also be responsible for creating and applying an effective sales strategy, building strong business relationships and will also act as the face of the company

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    4. Be able to demo company solutions to prospects.
    5. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    6. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
    7. Refine and manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, presenting, proposal writing, relationship management, closing and transition.
    8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

    BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

    EXPERIENCE

    1. Proven sales track record
    2. Ability to interact effectively with non-technical users and highly technical users.
    3. Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
    4. Ability to quickly grasp and understand new tasks and ideas.
    5. Excellent follow-through with minimal supervision.
    6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    7. Good understanding and working experience of banking / lending related solutions is an added advantage

    SALARY BUDGET - Ksh 40,000-50,000
