Fidelity Insurance is seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer, based in Nairobi. The key deliverable for the role is to grow the company's business through the acquisition, development, and maintenance of a strong and profitable business portfolio as per the projected targets. This will involve the identification of new business opportunities; the identification and recruitment of Brokers, Agents, and Independent clients; and all operations related to the maintenance of the business.
