Business Performance Analyst at AA Kenya

Job Summary;

This position is critical for identifying goals, developing best practices for data collection, analyzing current and past data, interpreting and communicating information to the Leadership team to determine what can be improved to achieve desired outcome. The position holder will be the driver behind our planned business growth and success.

Minimum job requirements: 

• A degree/Diploma in Business statistics/ Business IT/Accounting/Data Analytics or any other related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in Business or Financial analysis.
• Experience in strategic project management and reporting.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
