Calibration Laboratory Technician at MSVL Group

 Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and laboratory quality management systems.
• Experience in internal audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate laboratory internal audits and management reviews. 
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of laboratory quality management systems in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
• Plan, document, and follow up on audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain and control quality manuals, standard operating procedures, calibration certificates, reports, and records.
• Ensure reference standards and calibration processes meet applicable quality requirements and customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain service quality.
• Coordinate laboratory operations, staff training, competency assessments, and performance appraisals.
• Liaise with accreditation bodies and external stakeholders on laboratory management systems.
