Call for Business Development Support (BDS) Trainers/Coaches at Sustainable Business Consulting (SBC)

Background

• We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Development Support (BDS) trainers/Coaches to support entrepreneurs and small businesses participating in enterprise development programmes. The trainers/coaches will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and business advisory services to help enterprises strengthen their operations, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to assigned enterprises.
• Support businesses in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Guide entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management, marketing, and operations.
• Monitor enterprise progress and provide periodic reports.
• Facilitate capacity-building sessions and business clinics where required.
• Link enterprises to relevant markets, networks, and support services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience providing business advisory, coaching, mentoring, or enterprise development services.
• Demonstrated experience working with MSMEs, youth-led enterprises, women-led businesses, or green enterprises.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of local business ecosystems and market systems approaches is an added advantage.
