Call for Consultants - MEL East Africa at Abt Associates

Job Description

• We are currently seeking expressions of interest for candidates of different levels working in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning sector. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are interested in working on an upcoming major portfolio evaluation project in Kenya.
• All positions are to be based in Kenya. Kenyan nationals are highly encouraged to apply, especially those with FCDO programming/MEL experience or from other major donors such as USAID.
• Topics to be covered include governance, humanitarian aid, economic development, climate change, health, and gender and inclusion, and it is preferable to have multi-sector evaluation experience.
• We are looking for positions at different levels including monitoring, evaluation and learning leads (10 years + experience), and supporting analysts and data managers (5 years + experience).
