Call for Service Providers- Events Management Services at Akili Dada

SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide set-up materials and menu items as proposed and agreed to by both the service provider and the client. The set-up materials include tables, chairs, decorative materials, and other items the parties to this agreement deem fit. The menu items include the food that the client has proposed for the event and should be of the right quantity and quality as per the number of attendees.
• Provide transport for these items to and from the venue of the event.
• Provide enough manpower to assist in the set-up and set-down after the event.
• Provide advice to the client on the set-up layout and themes, which should be agreed to before execution.
• Provide a detailed quotation with the total amount and invoice, of which the amounts should be the same unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
• Provide the agreed items on time as per the agreed quote, unless otherwise communicated prior to the event to allow the client to reorganize the event.
