    Casino Technical Support

    What You’ll Do:

    • Monitor and maintain 99.9% uptime for our casino platforms.
    • Investigate and escalate technical issues (Web/HTTP, APIs, logs).
    • Perform QA testing for web & Android casino platforms.
    • Liaise with internal teams & global partners.

    You Have:

    • Solid knowledge of Web/HTTP protocols & APIs.
    • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana) & API tools (Postman).
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • 1–2 years in online gaming/betting platforms.
    • Experience with Jira, JSON, XML.
