Qualifications and skills

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with social media marketing.
• Ability to follow up enquiries and work towards agreed enrolment targets.
• Admissions, customer care, sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Explain courses, entry requirements, fees and study modes accurately.
• Guide applicants through applications and admissions.
• Follow up prospective students and maintain accurate records.
• Support recruitment campaigns, outreach and college events.
• Assist with social media content and programme promotion.
• Handle complaints professionally and refer issues appropriately.
• Report on enquiries, follow-ups and recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional college image.
