Casual Labourer at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

We are hiring two casual laborers to support a time-bound physical audit of motorcycle logbooks. The role involves working closely with the Logbook & NTSA Compliance Officer to count, verify, scan, and file approximately 5,000 motorcycle logbooks within a one-month period. The position is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires strong computer literacy and a collaborative work ethic.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Count and sort physical logbooks from the secure cabinet by registration series.
• Retrieve individual logbooks and match them against the Looker-based Excel checklist.
• Update the Excel workbook by marking each record as Yes (logbook found) or No (logbook missing).
• Scan physical logbooks using the designated scanning equipment.
• Rename scanned files according to the motorcycle’s registration number and series.
• Batch and upload digital files to SharePoint, organized by registration series.
• Return physical logbooks to the cabinet in the correct series order after scanning.
• Flag and escalate any irregularities or unclear records to the Compliance Officer immediately.
• Maintain accurate daily progress logs and update the team on work completed.
