Business Reporting & Insights: Prepare and share accurate, timely reports on sales performance, stock levels, forecasts and investments. Support internal and external reviews with clear, data-driven presentations.
Commercial Operations Support: Assist in the execution of category and business plans. Track sales vs. targets and provide commercial insights to support revenue growth and portfolio performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, supply chain, procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless flow of information and alignment on operational priorities.
Compliance & Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to company policies, governance framework, SOPs and Quality Management System (QMS) standards in all processes, reporting and communications.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Collect and analyse market and competitor data through collaboration with the salesforce. Support development of strategic initiatives such as pricing reviews and counteraction plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in a business- or science-related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a commercial, business development or sales analytics role.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Self-driven, organized and capable of working in a high-performance environment.
Experience in healthcare or FMCG sectors will be an advantage.
