Cctv Operator at Bridge Talent Management

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a CCTV Operator who will operate and monitor all systems and operations within the control room professionally and efficiently, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information obtained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and manning of the security control room.
• Provide monitoring and coverage of events and activations taking place in the company’s business premises.
• Ensure the smooth/ uninterrupted operation of CCTV and other electronic surveillance/alarm systems.
• Maintain a secure system for providing data following the procedures established by the company and ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained always.
• Report equipment failure to the security officer or security manager to maximize system operation.
• Ensure consistent recording/backup of CCTV footage and maintain the provision of information required by the HR Manager.
• Any other task assigned.

Requirements

• A University graduate or equivalent qualification.
• A background from the disciplined forces with proven knowledge of crime or fraud detection.
• At least 4 years experience in security management and law enforcement procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.
• Ability to work odd/irregular hours.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications.
