Senior Project Manager at Cellulant Corporation

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We seek an experienced individual to take full responsibility for the definition, plans and successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate would:

• Provide effective leadership to the project team 
• Monitor costs, time, quality and resources used and takes action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
• Solve complex problem & manages complex projects

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and delivers regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
• Ensures that effective project monitoring and control processes, change control, risk management and quality processes are employed and maintained.
• Monitors and controls resources, revenue expenditures against the project budget.

• Account Managers
• Product Managers 
• Software Engineering Team
• Quality Assurance Team 
• Finance & Operations Team 
• Service Teams: Customer success Team  & Service Desk
• Senior Management Team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Must have experience:

• 5+ years of  active project management experience as a project manager 
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects in a fast paced environment

Nice to-have experience:

• Program management experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration or related fields.
• PMP Certification is mandatory

Skills:

• Monitors and controls resources, quality and  revenue  expenditures against the project budget.
• Stakeholder Management - Manages the expectations of key project stakeholders.
• Risk & Quality Management skills
• Timeboxing and incremental deliveries
