Minimum Qualifications

• KSCE ‘D’ plain or its equivalent
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operating and maintaining surveying instruments, recording data such as measurements and elevations.
• Marking locations.
• Cut or clear brush, trees, and other vegetation to ensure a clear line of sight for surveys
• Hold level rods or reflectors for the surveyor to take readings.
• Assist with the setup and proper function of survey instruments like levels, tripods, and total stations.
• Compile accurate notes, sketches, and records of the work performed and data collected.
• Work closely with surveyors and other team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data.
• Be prepared to work outdoors in different weather conditions and potentially on rugged terrain.
• Help in the preparation of survey reports and maps.
• Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
