Our client in the hotel industry is looking for a chef. This is a full-time Chef role located on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking
- Menu Planning and Recipe Development
- Kitchen Management and Inventory Control
- Food Safety and Sanitation Practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Experience working in a professional kitchen setting
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
