Chief Financial Officer at BDSwiss

Your role at BDSwiss: 

• Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives
• Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with senior management and department heads
• Monitoring financial performance against budget and forecast, analyse variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and investment opportunities
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning
• Leading the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury management
• Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators and financial institutions
• Staying abreast of changes in regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance

The Ideal Candidate : 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Any professional certification will be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, practices, and regulations, preferably in the forex or financial services industry
• Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and driving business results
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
