• The Chief Steward is responsible for managing all stewarding operations. ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of kitchen areas.
• This role includes overseeing inventory. controlling departmental costs, and supporting the achievement of hotel quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent and any other related qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a steward, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience managing cleaning schedules, inventory control and maintenance of back-of-house equipment
