Client Success Executive at Ideal Workplace Solutions

Ideal Workplace Solutions (IWS) is looking for a results-driven Client Success Executive to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya.

This is a full-time, client-facing and commercially driven role for a professional passionate about client relationships, business development, consultative sales, and customer success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in:

• Building and managing strong corporate client relationships
• Driving new business, sales, and revenue growth
• Identifying and converting corporate opportunities
• Managing client onboarding and training coordination
• Driving client retention, repeat business, referrals, and partnerships
• Managing CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-ups
• Identifying market opportunities and supporting business growth

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, client success, account management, or corporate relationship management
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience working with corporate clients and decision-makers
• CRM experience; HubSpot and Zoho CRM knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong proposal, quotation, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
• Ability to translate client needs into relevant training and consultancy solutions
