Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technology requirements
• Design and architect cloud voice and AI solutions to meet client needs, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Develop technical specifications and design documentation for solution implementation
• Lead the implementation and integration of cloud voice and AI solutions, working closely with development teams and other stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the performance and reliability of the solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud voice and AI technologies, and provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role, with a focus on cloud voice and AI solutions
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• In-depth knowledge of voice technologies, including voice recognition, speech synthesis, and natural language processing
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and architect complex solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing and AI technologies are a plus
