Collections Team Lead at Lend Plus

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Collections Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of collection agents in recovering overdue accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in collections, and a good understanding of fintech lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collection agents, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
• Monitor daily collection activities and provide real-time guidance and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Handle escalated calls or complex cases when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, loan servicing, legal) to streamline processes.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and team productivity.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in collections, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending and collection practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable working with collection tools, CRM systems, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
