Community Oral Health Officer at Bliss Healthcare

Job Overview:

• Provide safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient and equitable care to all patients that visit Bliss healthcare medical centers.
• Contributing clinical Dental expertise to patient care in the facilities
• Performing administrative duties and risk management.
• Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
• Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.

Requirements -Education, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
• Two years of progressive relevant working experience.
• Valid practicing license.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities. Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
