Expected outputs

The following are the expected outputs from this assignment:

1. Current (as-is) process maps.
2. Business process analysis report including quantitative baselines, improvement opportunities and projected benefits/gains.
3. Final report containing: items in 1&2 above; future (to-be) business processes; recommendations outlining key areas of automation; and recommendations on key change management considerations during implementation of to-be business processes.
4. A proposal on a phased approach for short term actions as the organizations moves towards executing the overall recommendations within an agreed time-frame.

To qualify for this assignment the consultant:

1. Must be a legally registered firm with no less than five years of active engagement in business/organisational management consulting;
2. Team leader or key persons in the assignment must possess relevant professional qualifications in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) e.g. Lean Six Sigma;
3. Must demonstrate evidence of similar work done in large and complex organisations, preferably of international nature;
4. Should have executed BPR projects whose outputs were a key input for organisation wide ICT transformation; and
5. Familiarity with insurance and Professional Services environment and dynamics will be an added advantage.
