Consultant Office Space Designer at United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)

Duties

The consultant will work for the Ecosystems Division under the supervision of the Chief, Administrative Services, and perform the following duties

• Analyse existing policies relating to Back to Office, the New Normal and Office Space entitlements.
• Review existing personnel numbers by grade and Branch – to map out where they will fit
• Review existing floor plates
• Develop a proposal for the ‘new normal’
• Proposal should include:
• visual representation of all floor plates
• Furniture and equipment
• Budget proposal
• Develop detailed Implementation Plan and Strategy

Qualifications/special Skills

• Bachelor's degree in project management, development studies, international relations, political science, or related field is required
• Minimum ten years of work experience in interior design, office space redesign, facilities management, or related fields is required.
• Strong coordination skills are required
• Experience with finding solutions to improve efficiency is required
• Experience working with cross cutting teams is desirable
