    Consultant Pulmonologist

    Ref. No: AKHK/MED/PULM/03/22

    Overall Responsibility: The successful candidate will be responsible for treatment and effective management of conditions and diseases that affect the lungs, bronchial tubes and the respiratory system, as well as the chest. He / she will be expected to be an active member of the health care team in the hospital and to contribute to the continuing professional development programmes of the hospital.

    Requirements

    • Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
    • Fellowship in Pulmonology from a recognized institution.
    • At least two years work experience as a Pulmonologist.
    • Must be registered / licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
    • Specialist Recognition by the Kenya Medical Practitioners’ and Dentists Council.
    • Good public relations and communication skills.
