Container Coordinator at Proto Energy

Qualifications

• At least college Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2 years’ proven experience as inventory supervisor in LPG industry.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
• Certificate of Good Conduct is mandatory.
• Computer literacy.

Job role

The position is available all across KENYA.

• Ensure cylinders are handled carefully and all staff follow procedures at the location.
• Conducted accurate daily stock counts of all items in the containers.
• Oversee all staff members' adherence to standard operating procedures while at the container and raise any non-conformities to the respective Head of Department in real-time.
• Ensure all staff report on time and return on time as per company policies.
• Conduct a weekly audit of the container focusing on premises, cleanliness, asset, and stock-related matters.
• Conduct a weekly assets audit to ensure all accessories are in place, the asset’s general state is acceptable, and no abnormalities are sighted.
• Report any security breaches in real-time.
• Check the delivery asset before and after its market trip to ensure roadworthiness and general state and that no accidents occurred during the day or lost accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the container and the container's surrounding area.
• Any other duty will be assigned to you by the section head.
