Content Management Assistant at Nivi

About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing Nivi’s content library - for its chatbot and marketing assets. The primary tasks are:

• Organizing existing content by subtopic
• Implementing feedback to improve current content
• Building and editing chatbot conversations
• Writing taglines and calls-to-action for Nivi's marketing assets
• Collaborating with translators to translate new content into multiple languages

This role is fully remote and reports to the Product Owners across Nivi's health domains.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using at least one content management system (for example, Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, Substack, Shopify) OR high degree of comfort with other digital editing interfaces
• Laptop and consistent access to internet
• Moderate or fluent written and spoken English
• Desirable but not required: ability to read one of the following languages: Hindi, Assamese, Swahili, Kannada, Marathi, Hausa, Khasi
