    Cook/Chef

    Qualifications: 

    • Certificate or diploma in hotel management or related training
    • Certificate in a business related course will be an added advantage
    • Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare or hospitality industry
    • Food Handlers' Certificate.
    • Strong knowledge of food production skills and systems
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
    • Knowledge of nutritional issues will be an added advantage
