Job Description

1. Ensure high level of hygiene (food, kitchen and personal) at the branch.
2. Ensure production and delivery of quality food products, in their correct portions to the guest.
3. Liaise with the manager to obtain guest feedback and take appropriate action where there are concerns.
4. Give necessary feedback, reports and advice to the Branch Chef and Manager on issues, challenges or changes within the branch.

Duties

1. Lead, mentor, and manage cooking team.
2. Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
3. Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
4. Manage food costing and inventory.
5. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
