Costing Specialist at Timber World

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret design renders and generate a bill of quantities for costing & manufacturing.
• Break down renders into detailed and structured quotation templates.
• Develop cost build-ups and pricing strategies tailored to interior fit-outs.
• Handle production and site cost accounting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track design and production changes, adjusting budgets in real time.
• Prepare clear, insightful project reports for internal and client use.
• Manage site cost accounting, ensuring alignment with quality and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding and experience in Quantity Survey will be added advantage
