Costing Specialist

- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit , Manufacturing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret design renders and generate a bill of quantities for costing & manufacturing.
- Break down renders into detailed and structured quotation templates.
- Develop cost build-ups and pricing strategies tailored to interior fit-outs.
- Handle production and site cost accounting with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track design and production changes, adjusting budgets in real time.
- Prepare clear, insightful project reports for internal and client use.
- Manage site cost accounting, ensuring alignment with quality and timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding and experience in Quantity Survey will be added advantage
