Production Manager at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, oversee and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage production resources, including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and waste reduction initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a production management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills
