Minimum Requirements

• He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a multicultural invironment.
• Must have at least five (5) years experience of working in a recognized institution;
• Must be a member of counselling professional body;
• Must be skilled in carrying out needs assessement and program evaluations;
• Must have experience in developing curriculum in the counselling field and providing training for peer counselors using experiential learning acitivites based on couseling theories; Above all be a model worth emulating by the peer counselors in training.
• Must have understanding and experience in implementing culturally appropriated counseling interventions, including individual group and communidty-based approaches for and
• Should be a creative and innovative team player;
• Should be a person of integrity, morally upright and mature
• Should be able to work under minimum supervision;
• Should have excellent team leadership skills;
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a master's in Counselling Psychology degree from a recognzied University;
