Country Head- Hotels -East Africa at Little Kitchen Help Ltd

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Country Head for a leading hotel group in East Africa. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in hotel operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior cluster leadership role (such as Director of Operations or Country Head), overseeing a portfolio of 5 or more properties.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple hotels as a Cluster General Manager or equivalent senior operational role
• Minimum of 5 years in cluster or country-level leadership, preferably within East Africa or similar markets
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team performance across multiple properties
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of career stability and progressive growth
• Deep understanding of the regional hospitality landscape and cultural nuances
