Creative Design Lead

Are you a visionary designer with a passion for leading creative projects from concept to execution? We’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to join our team.

Qualification:
- Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams
- Expertise in major design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, 3Ds Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and more
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and problem-solving
- 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or product design
- Ability to collaborate across production teams for project execution
- Passion for innovation, trend-setting, and delivering high-quality designs
Your Role:
- Lead and mentor junior designers; Guide quality control on all creative outputs
- Ensure all designs align with the Timber World brand
- Translate ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team
- Develop workflows, templates, and SOPs for the design department
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices
