Qualification:

• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams
• Expertise in major design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, 3Ds Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and more
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and problem-solving
• 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or product design
• Ability to collaborate across production teams for project execution
• Passion for innovation, trend-setting, and delivering high-quality designs

Your Role:

• Lead and mentor junior designers; Guide quality control on all creative outputs
• Ensure all designs align with the Timber World brand
• Translate ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team
• Develop workflows, templates, and SOPs for the design department
• Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices

We are looking for a designer proficient in 3D Max with Corona or V-ray rendering engines.

High-Quality Visualisation and Rendering

• Required Software Skills: Strong proficiency in 3DS Max and advanced experience with Corona or V-Ray rendering engines.
• Develop design concepts, high-resolution visualizations, mood boards, and detailed renders in response to client requests and briefs.
• Accurately apply and represent v for quotation purpose.

Technical Documentation and Collaboration

• Contribute key information for various materials within design proposals for accurate project estimation.
• Convert approved design concepts into precise and detailed shop drawings.
