Credit Management Trainer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for collectors
- Build skills in negotiation, customer engagement, and ethical debt recovery
- Coach and mentor team leaders and agents on call quality and conversion
- Develop training modules on call handling, objection management, and debtor segmentation
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
- Promote integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric collections
- Analyze performance data to improve training content
- Introduce best practices and innovation in collections strategy
- Support onboarding and continuous development programs
- Align training with business goals and portfolio performance
What They Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in training
- Strong understanding of the loan recovery industry
- Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills
