Credit Risk Analyst at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution, we are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to assess and monitor credit risk exposure across their loan portfolio. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare risk reports, and support decision-making processes to minimize potential losses.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness
• Develop and maintain credit risk models and scoring systems
• Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning indicators
• Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports for management review
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to establish appropriate credit limits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
• Conduct industry and market research to identify emerging risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical software (R/SAS preferred)
• Knowledge of banking regulations and credit risk frameworks
• Professional certification (FRM, CFA) is an advantage
