Essential Requirements
Education:

• A Bachelorsdegree in social sciences (e.g., Community Development, Social Work)

Minimum Experience:

• At least three (5) years of experience in implementing USG-funded programs and economic strengthening.
• Experience in implementing USG approved economic strengthening model for youth (WINGS Plus) is an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing economic strengthening model with demonstrated graduation of participants is an added advantage.

Required skills and experiences
Competencies and Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Swahili (oral and written communication skills).
• High level of integrity and respect.
• Computer literacy in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to cultivate constructive relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge through formal and informal training.
• Strong interpersonal and public relation skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Good presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Strong coordination skills and team orientation.
• Good understanding of relevant county line ministries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal attributes.
