    Customer Care Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Provide support and guidance on property listings
    • Coordinate with agents to assist clients

    Requirements

    • Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service (real estate is a plus) .
    • Tech-savvy with good organizational skills
    • Close proximity to Thika Road
