Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Provide support and guidance on property listings
- Coordinate with agents to assist clients
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service (real estate is a plus) .
- Tech-savvy with good organizational skills
- Close proximity to Thika Road
