OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Effective receiving and handling of customers

OBJECTIVES:

1. Customer satisfaction
2. Promotion of corporate image
3. Achievement of set performance targets

EDUCATION AND SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Diploma in Public Relations/social sciences/communications/Customer relations management or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
2. A degree will be an added advantage
3. 3 Years working experience in customer care in a busy environment
4. Good communication skills

TERMS OF SERVICE: 3 Years renewable Contract subject to satisfactory performance evidenced by continuous achievement of performance targets.

Applicants must satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya on Leadership and integrity through provision of;

1. Current year valid Certificate of Good conduct from the Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D).
2. A certificate from a recognized Credit Reference Bureau (C.R.B) ·
3. Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (H.E.L.B).
4. Clearance certificates from the Ethics & Anticorruption Commission (E.A.CC). ·
5. Tax compliance certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (K.R.A)
