About the Role:

- Manage customer accounts and data in SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent English fluency (written & spoken).
